How we work

The path from intake call to owner briefing

A clear sequence for franchise reporting engagements so multi-location owners know what happens between first enquiry and final charts.

Sequence of printed report pages progressing across a dark desk
  1. Enquiry and fit. You share location count, reporting period, and the decision the pack must support. We confirm whether a flagship report, audit, scorecard, or briefing is the right shape.
  2. Written scope. Locations, KPI list, deliverables, timeline, and fee are confirmed before data collection begins.
  3. Data templates. We send structured templates aligned to your existing exports. Your nominated contact returns completed files.
  4. Draft visuals. Comparative charts and variance notes arrive for one revision cycle. Labels for one-offs are checked with you.
  5. Final pack and briefing. You receive the PDF pack and a scheduled owner briefing to rehearse how the numbers will be presented.

What you prepare

  • Official location names matching franchise records
  • Three to twelve months of consistent sales and labour extracts
  • Known one-offs: renovations, closures, large catering orders
  • Decision deadline for the partner or franchisee meeting

What we protect

  • Comparable periods across every unit in scope
  • Ranking rules that do not change mid-engagement
  • Source cut-off dates printed on every chart page
  • Briefings limited to the owners who must decide
