Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and branding belong to Neuron Gridbase Co., Ltd. Report packs delivered under a paid engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal business use. Redistribution of deliverables to third parties outside the client’s franchise network requires prior written consent.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neuron Gridbase Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For contracted engagements, liability caps and remedies are stated in the engagement agreement.
