Refunds and cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Neuron Gridbase Co., Ltd. for scoped engagements. This website does not process payments; refunds follow the invoice and engagement agreement for the work commissioned.

Deposits

Franchise Performance Reports and Location Performance Audits typically require a 40% deposit to reserve start dates and open data intake. Monthly Franchise Scorecard retainers are billed monthly in advance. Owner Briefing Sessions may require full prepayment.

Timeframe for full refund

If you cancel in writing more than ten business days before the agreed intake start date, and before we have begun substantive analysis of your files, the deposit is refundable in full within fourteen business days of the cancellation notice.

Partial refunds

If intake has begun but no draft charts have been delivered, we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent on scoping and data validation, documented in writing. After draft delivery, fees for completed stages are non-refundable.

• Completed Owner Briefing Sessions
• Monthly scorecard months already delivered
• Travel booked with your written approval for on-site briefings
• Work already accepted in a signed stage completion note

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may request rescheduling of briefings with at least five business days’ notice at no fee once per engagement. Later changes may incur a rescheduling charge of ฿2,500. Repeated no-shows for scheduled briefings forfeit the session fee.

Work already started

Once data templates are populated and analysis has begun, cancellation ends further work. You remain responsible for fees covering completed stages. Materials purchased specifically for your engagement (for example printed board packs at your request) are non-refundable once ordered.

Refund process and method

Email refund requests to hello@neuron-gridbase.click with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days.
